CCorp.com is a registered-agent and email infrastructure platform for founders, operators, and small businesses. We do two things: (1) form your corporation or LLC with a registered agent as the public face, and (2) give you a real @yourdomain.com email address — forwarded to wherever you already read mail — for free.
Both products exist because the same problem keeps showing up. A new business owner wants to look legitimate (custom-domain email, a corporation in their state, privacy on public filings) but the existing options price like enterprise software, lock you into a subscription, or quietly leak your home address onto the public record.
What we believe
- Email belongs to the customer. If you own the domain, you should keep your inbox wherever you already read mail. We don't care if that's Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or HEY. Our job is the plumbing.
- Privacy is a feature, not a loophole. Using a registered agent is standard practice for every corporation in the United States. We make that standard practice available at a flat price.
- No subscription traps. $999 is $999. Free email is free. If you outgrow free, the upgrade is one click and zero DNS changes — and you can leave at any time and keep your domain.
Who's behind it
CCorp.com is operated by Transaction Processing Products, Inc., a private investment company based in New York. We build, buy, and operate small businesses across healthcare, hospitality, and software. CCorp is one of those operating companies — built because we needed it for our own portfolio, then opened up to other founders.
